Building a business that matters, to our community is the pinnacle of what we do at align cleaning co.

Founded by co-founders Alice Mutch and Jazinta Mutch, Align Cleaning Co was created with a deeper purpose in mind. As mothers themselves, they wanted to build a company that gave them the freedom to work while still being present for their children, without having to compromise on either.

Their vision was to create not only flexibility for themselves, but also opportunities for other women in similar situations. They understand firsthand the challenges of balancing work and family life, and have shaped the business around values of support, understanding, and empowerment.

At the heart of our company are our four dedicated female employees. We are proud to provide them with stable, meaningful employment that supports them in raising their families, while fostering a workplace built on respect, flexibility, and genuine care.
